Attuned Skills was born from a 40-year journey to become a more complete leader. Over decades in senior leadership, Mark E. Russell noticed something troubling: many leaders lacked essential skills—but didn’t know it. They relied on instinct and effort, often missing opportunities to truly lead.
A pivotal moment came while leading a struggling call center. Training, SOPs, and job expectations were misaligned. Even veteran employees were confused. Mark and his team rebuilt the system from the ground up—realigning processes, retraining staff, and creating lasting improvements in satisfaction, quality, and retention.
That experience confirmed what Mark had long believed: leaders need practical, skill-based development to succeed. Attuned Skills was created to fill that gap—offering tools, guidance, and support to help leaders grow with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
